Environmental - Occupying pleasant, stimulating areas favorable to wellbeing. Social - Having meaningful human relationships, an energetic community living and support system. Spiritual - Exploring meaning/purpose as well as getting a benefit system. Occupational - Cultivating pleasure from your work/career. What is apparent is that overall health and wellness involve much more than merely physical markers. Intellectual - Engaging in imagination, nutrient intake curiousity and psychological growth.
Most wellness models include several main dimensions which contribute to overall healthy living: Physical - Caring for yourself through physical exercise, nutrition, sleeping etc. Financial - Reducing stress through fiscal stability and self-care. It is a richly integrated experience shaped by the habits of ours, emotions, environments, relationships, beliefs plus life instances. Furthermore, wellness is profoundly personal - we each need to locate the unique mix of strategies and perspectives which allow us to flourish.
Mental/Emotional - Coping with life stressors, thinking patterns, processing emotions effectively. To be able to determine health, we have to calculate stress, wellness and health, pain etc. To be able to evaluate health, we have to explain just how much is way too much. How you can assess wellness and health? Before starting up an overall health and health program, we need to measure health. It is like the difference between being bad from consuming an excessive amount of fast food, or overeating and overdrinking, as well as having a fun dinner with good friends.
The issue is: remember what food we mean by "feeling good"? And at times It is my opinion that other people that are good to me feel great, simply as they take care of me. Some days I feel "good" as I walked 5 miles or climbed stairs 10 times, and other days I feel "good" since I had a good salad for lunch along with a full glass of wine with the dinner of mine. I love to think I feel great because I've a wonderful family and wonderful friends. But I am too certain that it's a thing to do with diet and also exercising.
I'm an avid exerciser and a part of the local health club of mine. This month represents the 2 year anniversary of my own form of exercise regimen . When I began, I was a totally different person physically - and also looking back on it now, I'd be required to mention that I really was totally different in my emotional condition as well. I and now look again and am really thankful for the experience.
