Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs In accordance with bid/estimate/quotation planning, ensuring that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures. Managing external services to support bid/estimation preparation Preparing commercial and technical quote documentation. Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the offer and recording assumptions Regularly reporting the status of the bids /estimates /quotations using defined tools and collecting and analyzing the reasons for quotes being lost and won Identifying potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels. Responsible for collecting and collating all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (LSU) to understand customer needs. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical industry Working knowledge on quotation, quote to customers and technical/ commercial quotes exposure Deep analytical acumen and strong quantitative analytical skills Good knowledge connected to motors (if not quotation experience needed) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
